王莹

王莹,博士,毕业于上海交通大学物理与天文系,发表论文12篇,其中第一作者发表的SCI论文4篇。主要从事高温超导薄膜的制备与机理研究。自博士研究生到现在,一直从事(Re)BCO二代高温超导带材的工艺研发与磁通钉扎机理研究,提出了YSZ颗粒沿NiW基地晶界自组织生长的生长模型;揭示了CeO2、YSZ、(Re)BCO等薄膜择优生长、表面形貌变化的规律和机制;发现了造成(Gd)BCO薄膜“厚度效应”的主要影响因素;在(Re)BCO超导薄膜的制备、超导掺杂、磁通钉扎机理等领域有着系统的工作积累,也取得了初步的学术认可。
